Rocket was established in 2000 by brother and sister Michael Symonds and Caroline Hall. Determined to be the top luxury caterer in London, their reputation was built on exquisite food, creativity and outstanding client service.

Every client comes with a different vision and Rocket are adept at approaching all enquiries with a blank sheet of paper, ready to find fresh inspiration and create a completely bespoke celebration. The creative process fires and no sooner has one party finished than they’re thinking about how to start planning the next one. 

In this industry, the people you collaborate with are incredibly important (from production, to flowers, to food suppliers) which is why they work with the very best teams in their respective fields to create expertly coordinated events.

They wear many different hats at Rocket, but none do they love more than their wedding hat. With a wealth of knowledge and experience Rocket will help to make your wedding the most memorable of days. They put as much focus on the planning experience as they do into the day itself: because each moment prior to a client’s wedding should be enjoyable, creative and stress-free.

Rocket are ‘making moves’ to put their best eco-foot forward. Despite being in an industry that can often be wasteful, they always keep sustainability in mind, whether it’s sourcing local produce or preparing a ‘leftovers plan’, Rocket want to make sure food and our environment both don't go to waste. They have also produced over 25,000 meals for NHS key workers during the recent pandemic at the Royal Marsden Hospitals in Sutton and Chelsea since April 2020. They have established their very own charitable arm, The Rocket Foundation, supported by clients with the various Rocket services or products they purchase.
